A generous box of homemade empanadas, with a golden, delicate pastry and rich, comforting fillings.
Each bite brings together Latin and local flavors, for an apero that’s easy to share and enjoy.

Choose from our three signature flavors:

  • Chicken Empanadas: A creamy, savory filling inspired by the Peruvian Ají de Gallina, reinterpreted the Clementina way (not spicy).

  • Pulled Beef Empanadas: Slow-cooked for deep flavor and melt-in-the-mouth tenderness.

  • Spinach-Gruyère AOP Empanadas: Sautéed spinach with a touch of nutmeg and Gruyère AOP, for a rich and comforting bite.

Composition:

  • 30 empanadas (~9 cm each, ~55 g)

  • 2pots of green sauce (110 ml each): A fresh, creamy avocado and coriander sauce inspired by Latin American flavors.

Serving suggestion

Empanadas are even better when gently reheated, bringing out their full flavor and delicate pastry texture.
They can also be enjoyed at room temperature.

To reheat: 7 minutes in the oven or air fryer at 200°C (if refrigerated), or 10–12 minutes at 200°C (if frozen).
