A minimum of CHF 50.– applies for hand deliveries in the Greater Lausanne area.
For the rest of the canton of Vaud, the minimum order amount is indicated at checkout, depending on the delivery address. - Choose your delivery date from the available slots.

FAQ
When should I place an order?
As soon as possible. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice, in order to use fresh products and to meticulously prepare each box.
How do I place an order?

Where do we deliver?
We deliver throughout the canton of Vaud. If your address is outside the canton, please contact us at contact@clementina.food so that we can explore a solution.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery is at CHF 5.– in the Greater Lausanne area. For other areas of the canton of Vaud, the costs are automatically displayed once the products have been added to the cart and the delivery address has been entered.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. Collection is free from our address, by appointment, during our opening hours.
What are your opening days and hours?
We are open:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Can the boxes be adapted for allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes, we adapt to everyone. When ordering, simply indicate your allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions in the comment space located under the delivery and billing information. We will replace the concerned products with suitable alternatives, where possible.
Why is the requested date unavailable?
If a date appears as unavailable, it means we are fully booked for that day.
We work with fresh, handmade products, and pay particular attention to each box. For this reason, quantities are deliberately limited each day.
What are the dimensions of the boxes?
- Large Box: 38 × 28 × 6 cm
- Medium Box: 25 × 15 × 6 cm
How long does a gift set last?
On each product page, you will find tasting and storage tips adapted to its composition.
Generally, boxes can be consumed up to 24 hours after preparation. However, to fully experience Clementina and enjoy the flavors to the maximum, we recommend consuming them on the day of delivery.
How does delivery work?
Our boxes are prepared on the same day, with fresh products, then carefully packaged. They are delicate and require same-day, hand-delivered shipping, which we provide ourselves.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming that delivery is on its way, with the expected time slot.
To avoid any delays, please provide:
- A Swiss phone number
- Clear delivery instructions (access, code, reception, etc.)
Deliveries are generally made at the entrance of the building, at reception, or at the simplest and most secure access point.
In the absence of clear access, you may be asked to collect the order.
Upon delivery or collection, it is the customer's responsibility to check the contents of the order.
All boxes must be transported flat and, if necessary, placed in the refrigerator upon receipt.
How to make the most of your order?
On each product page, you'll find **tasting and storage tips** designed to help you make the most of your purchase.
- **Handling:** Upon receipt, handle the boxes with care and keep them flat. Refrigerate products that require it.
- **Cheeses & Cured Meats:** These should be kept cool, but **not eaten cold**. Take them out of the refrigerator **1 to 2 hours before serving** to fully reveal their flavors.
- **In the box or not?:** The boxes are already beautifully arranged: you can **serve them directly in their box**, as is.
- **Share the moment:** We love seeing your Clementina moments. Tag us @clementina.food
**Reuse and recycling:** Our packaging can be reused or recycled.
How to store Cheese & Charcuterie Boxes?
They should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt, then taken out 1 to 2 hours before tasting, to ensure an optimal experience on the palate.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes. We offer gift cards, ideal for birthdays, holidays, corporate gifts, or special occasions.
Do you offer on-site catering services or table/buffet setup?
